CWLF began adoption services in 1992. Over these years, we provided direct services for children waiting to be adopted, biological families and adoptive families. In the meantime, we also advocate for a comprehensive legal adoption system.

Adoption itself is a child-centered and love-infused relay. The biological parents gave birth to precious babies, but due to difficulties they had no choice but to give their children up for adoption. CWLF provides emergency medical aids, counselling and placement for these children, helps them look for suitable adoptive families, and hands over the childcare responsibilities to the adoptive families. Our commitment to children and adoptive families started from the pre-adoption consultation, preparatory parenting education and matching, all the way to post-adoption camps, support groups and follow-up counselling. We listen to the loss and bless in adoptive families' life, support them and give them strength to recover from their loss with love.
