Family Mediation and Supervised Visitation Services
More and more children are faced with the separation of parents as divorce becomes prevalent.
Only when a marriage ends peacefully and when both parents share child care responsibilities can a child continues to receive love from both sides.
CWLF’s family mediation service assists parents in making child care plan. For families in intense conflicts, supervise visitation assists the non-cohabiting parent to remain in contact with the child. Guardian ad litem is also available to protect the best interests of the child during court process.

Family Recovery Service
Since the 921 Earthquake in 1999, CWLF has been involved in relief work and especially the recovery work with the orphaned due to disasters.
We actively support the recovery work when a major disaster strikes; we develop various family recovery programs and publish resources to help families overcome the trauma of losing their loved ones.
Since 2012, we furthered our work by entering schools to raise awareness of how the feeling of loss can affect an individual’s emotion and behaviour.
It is our hope that by doing so, children and the public will have better understanding of the issue and know how to manage it.

High-Risk Family & Child Abuse Prevention Service
Families going through financial crisis, family conflicts or major changes are identified as “high risk families”.
CWLF helps these families to enhance their crisis management ability and improve the care of the minor to prevent child abuse and filicide.
Where child abuse exists in a family, CWLF is devoted to providing relevant resources to build healthy family functioning so to prevent recurring child abuse and unnecessary out-of-home placement.
